HOW WILL MY PRINTS BE DELIVERED TO ME?

All UK-based orders are shipped via Royal Mail’s 2nd Class (Signed For) Service, and all non-UK orders are sent using Royal Mail’s International Tracked and Signed Delivery Service. These give your order a bit of extra protection and ensure that they arrive at your address safely.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Unfortunately, I don’t offer refunds for my work except in circumstances where the prints have been confirmed as lost. This is simply because I’m a one-person show here, and all prints are printed to order rather than in advance. Also, it is exceedingly difficult to manage a return process without effectively charging you for posting prints back to me - which doesn’t leave a great taste in terms of service.

CAN YOU CREATE CUSTOM ORDERS?

I can indeed create custom orders. This may include specific print sizes, with or without matte borders, or prints included in a particular frame. Generally, the only limitation is that I can’t currently print photos larger than A3 (11.7 inches x 16.5 inches) in size, and any custom print will take some time - possibly up to two weeks.
